For some reason I don't understand yet, I found it a lot easier to grasp than the Venn diagram, which I found visually confusing:
Seeing how I processed the exact same information presented in two different visual styles got me thinking: I wonder how many students get lost when learning math simply because the physical way the information is presented isn't the right key to open the door of understanding? And how many different ways can we teach the same material in one class, without messing up the concepts for the other kids? I have no idea how to answer this question, but if the first two classes were any indication I expect to be able to by the end!
